ianaiERP is a multi-functional platform designed to streamline inventory, shipping, and logistics management for businesses. These Terms of Use establish the rules for platform use, data handling, and compliance.
2. Eligibility
Account Registration: Users must register an account to access the platform. Accurate and complete information must be provided during registration.
Customer Definition: A Customer is defined as a business or individual using ianaiERP to manage inventory, shipping, and logistics. Customers must ship their own products and not act as intermediaries or resellers unless explicitly permitted.
3. General Use of the Platform
Permissible Activities:
Customers may use the platform to:Manage inventory.
Generate shipping labels and manage shipments.
Track and analyze shipping and inventory metrics.
Prohibited Activities:
Customers are prohibited from:Using the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
Interfering with or disrupting platform operations, including through hacking or data scraping.
Misrepresenting information such as inventory levels, shipment data, or business credentials.
4. Shipping Policy
This section outlines the rules specific to shipping activities via ianaiERP.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate package details, including weight, dimensions, and contents.
Ensuring compliance with all USPS requirements, including restrictions on hazardous materials.
HAZMAT Compliance
Customers must declare hazardous materials and comply with USPS Pub 52 guidelines. The platform will prompt Customers to answer a HAZMAT compliance question before label generation.
Shipping Payments
Customers are responsible for paying correct postage amounts.
Any short-paid postage will result in the Customer being charged the difference.
5. Data Collection and Privacy
Customer Information:
Customers must provide accurate account details, including:Business name
Address
Email
Phone number
Privacy Compliance:
IanaiERP will handle Customer data in compliance with USPS privacy regulations and our internal privacy policy.
6. Billing and Payments
Platform Fees: Customers agree to pay any applicable fees for platform usage, including subscription fees, transaction fees, and shipping label costs.
Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include credit cards, ACH transfers, and other payment methods authorized by ianaiERP.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel their subscription and unsubscribe at any time through their account settings or by contacting support at [email protected].
The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription term, including partial months, once the billing period has started.
Customers will retain access to the platform until the end of the current billing period.
Failure to Pay
Non-payment of fees by the due date will result in suspension of account access. Accounts that remain unpaid for an extended period may be terminated permanently.
7. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All platform content, including designs, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of ianaiERP.
Customer Use: Customers may not use ianaiERP branding, logos, or trademarks without written permission.
8. Compliance and Monitoring
Customer Compliance: Customers must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.
Platform Monitoring: IanaiERP reserves the right to monitor platform activity, including through mystery shopping or automated compliance checks.
9. Termination of Services
Termination by Customer: Customers may terminate their account at any time by unsubscribing the service.
Termination by ianaiERP: The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-compliance, non-payment, or misuse of the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
IanaiERP is not liable for:
Losses resulting from inaccurate inventory or shipping data provided by Customers.
Shipping delays, damages, or misdelivery caused by third-party carriers.
Unauthorized access to Customer accounts due to negligence or inadequate security by the Customer.
11. Dispute Resolution
Internal Resolution: Customers agree to first attempt to resolve disputes with ianaiERP through internal support channels.
Arbitration: If disputes cannot be resolved internally, they must be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
Amendments
IanaiERP reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or platform announcements.
