For returns, create a RMA transaction linked to the original sales order or shipment. InventoryWave will automatically adjust the stock and issue a credit or refund, depending on choice.

Go to "Item" and when you click category seleciton on tthe header. Click 'create'. Once saved, you can assign other items to this category.
