Manufacturing & MES
Bills of materials, routings and work orders through to the operators running them. Start and end each operation on the job to capture actual time and cost as the work happens — planning and execution in one system, not an ERP with an MES bolted beside it.

Operators start and end each routing operation on the work order itself, capturing actual start, actual end and actual cost against what was scheduled. One button auto-allocates stock, reserving available lots and bins for the run, and each operation can print its own traveler, label or work instruction.
In-process quality checkpoints record results against the run, and a failed checkpoint can hold the work order until someone reviews the result and releases it. First-pass yield reports from those results. Engineering changes to a bill of materials or routing go through approval that shows the affected work orders and the cost impact before anyone accepts them.
"We went from 10 employees managing production to just 1 person with ianaiERP. The automation and visibility transformed our entire manufacturing operation."
