Customization & Extensibility

Customization & Extensibility

Change It Yourself. This Afternoon.

Every ERP promises customization and then sends a consultant. Custom fields, scripts, workflow automation, a page builder and configurable product options are all in the product, available to your team, with no partner engagement and no statement of work.

The gap between

"the system can't do that" and "done"

should be an afternoon, not a change request, a quote and a two-week wait

Item Options & Templates

Design a configurable product's option form by dragging components onto a canvas, with conditional visibility and fields that set each other automatically. No coding, no SKU explosion.

Dynamic Bills of Materials

The customer's option choices are stored on the order and generate the bill of materials for that unit — and routing rules reconfigure the operations too, not just the parts.

Custom Fields

Nine field types including calculated fields, added to records across inventory, sales, purchasing, manufacturing and shipping. They flow into lists, exports, reports, alerts and printed templates.

Custom Scripts

JavaScript that runs on load, create, save, delete and print across twenty-one entity types. Block an invalid save, transform data, or attach real behaviour to elements in the interface.

Workflow Automation

A visual node graph with seven trigger types, branching and loops, AI steps and human approval steps — plus retries, timeouts, execution traces and versioning.

Page Builder & Apps

Build pages by dragging layout, form, data and action components onto a canvas, publish them inside the system with their own permissions, then bundle pages and workflows into installable apps.

Configuration, Not Consulting

The tools your implementation partner would use — except you have them.

Lay out the option form visually with thirteen component types and absolute positioning. Conditional rules show, hide or enable fields based on other answers, and value rules set one field from another. The customer's selections then drive a bill of materials generated for that specific unit, with routing rules inserting or overriding operations to match.

  • Drag-and-drop option builder
  • Conditional visibility and auto-set values
  • Options drive both the BOM and the routing

Bill-of-materials rules combine conditions built from eighteen operators, filters that select the right component dynamically instead of hard-coding one, and quantity expressions — arithmetic, formulas over dimensions, component attributes and rounding.

  • Eighteen condition operators
  • Dynamic component selection
  • Formula-driven quantities

Text, number, money, date, boolean, list, choice, multi-choice and calculated fields. Add them to records across the system and they show up in edit screens, the list column chooser, exports and reports, as merge fields in printed templates, and as alert conditions. Values can carry from a parent transaction to its children.

  • Nine field types including calculated
  • Appear in lists, exports and templates
  • Values pass parent to child

Write JavaScript against load, create, before-save, before-delete and before-print events on twenty-one entities, plus option-update on items and label-print on work orders and shipments. Abort a save that breaks your rules, rewrite data before it lands, notify the user, or register handlers on real interface elements so a script adds genuine interactivity. Version history and company scoping included.

  • Abort an invalid save before it commits
  • Attach behaviour to interface elements
  • Version history and company scope

Trigger on schedule, webhook, email, integration event, another workflow or by hand. Branch, switch and loop; call APIs and datastores; include an AI step; and pause for a human decision that shows up as a pending approval. Then the operational half: per-node retries with exponential backoff, timeouts, error strategies, execution traces, single-node testing and versioning.

  • Seven trigger types, AI and human steps
  • Retries, timeouts and error strategies
  • Execution traces and single-node testing

Compose pages from layout, form, data, display and action components, wire them to real queries and actions, and publish them inside the system with their own permissions, version history and execution traces. Bundle pages, workflows and data into an app that can be templated, shared by link, versioned, installed into another company with its own bindings, and forked when you need to diverge.

  • Drag-and-drop page builder
  • Pages read and write real data
  • Apps are templatable and installable

Ask a competitor for a conditional field, a validation rule and a custom order-entry screen and you will get a scoping call, a quote and a developer. All three are configuration here — and the person who understands the requirement is the person who can build it.

Bring your hardest customization requirement to the demo. We would rather build it live than describe it.
