ianaiERP offers seamless integration with Bigcommerce to streamline your e-commerce operations and inventory management. This guide will walk you through the steps to connect your Bigcommerce store with ianaiERP.

Integration Methods

You can initiate the integration process in two ways:

  1. Directly from ianaiERP

  2. Through the Bigcommerce App Marketplace

This guide focuses on the integration process from within ianaiERP. If you install through the app market, a connection will be created right away, and you can start syncing after confirming the settings.

Step-by-Step Integration Process

1. Access the Connections Settings

  • Log in to your ianaiERP account

  • Click on your username in the top right corner of the header

  • Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu

  • Navigate to the "Connections" tab

2. Create a New Connection

  • Click on "Create a Connection"

  • In the modal that appears, select the Bigcommerce icon

  • Name your connection (e.g., "My Bigcommerce Store")

  • Enter your Bigcommerce store hash

3. Initiate Bigcommerce Sync

  • Click "Sync with Bigcommerce"

  • You will be redirected to the Bigcommerce authorization page

4. Authorize the Connection

  • Log in to your Bigcommerce account if prompted

  • Select the store you want to connect (if you have multiple stores)

  • Review the requested permissions and click "Install app" to grant ianaiERP access to your Bigcommerce data

5. Configure Sync Settings

  • After successful authorization, you'll be returned to ianaiERP to configure your sync settings. These settings determine how data is synchronized between Bigcommerce and ianaiERP.

Product Matching Options

6. Data Migration

  • Click "Start Sync" to begin the initial data migration process

  • ianaiERP will import your existing Bigcommerce products, orders, and customer data

7. Start Syncing

  • Once data migration is complete, the integration will be active

  • Your Bigcommerce store will now sync automatically with ianaiERP based on your configured settings

Important Notes

  1. Product Updates: Any changes made to products in ianaiERP will be reflected in your Bigcommerce store.

  2. Inventory Sync: ianaiERP will manage your inventory levels and update Bigcommerce in real-time to prevent overselling.

  3. Order Management: New orders from Bigcommerce will automatically appear in ianaiERP for processing.

  4. Customer Data: Customer information from Bigcommerce orders will be imported into ianaiERP for a unified view of your customers.
