Shop Floor Station
The Station in ianaiERP is the operator's screen at a work center. It shows the jobs waiting at that station and opens each one full-screen, with only what the operator needs to do the work: the components, the drawings, the machine and one big Start / Complete button. Each work center arranges its own screen, so a machine shop, a food & beverage line and a chemical plant can each look the way they work.

One station, one screen: operators see the work orders for their work center and nothing else.

Only the next right action: a single Start / Complete button follows the job's status, so there is never a button that cannot legally be pressed.

Built for each floor: every work center chooses its own widgets — pick lists, drawings, machine, timer, checklists, barcode component checks and more.

Checks that cannot be skipped: a work center can require a check before a job starts or completes, such as a first-off inspection, an allergen changeover, a PPE acknowledgement or a pack-out count.

Material you can trust: the Component check matches a scanned lot or item label against the job's own components before a line counts as confirmed.
Where to Access

Work Center accounts: a user whose account type is Work Center sees only the Station screen. The header's company selector becomes a work center selector, and the screen shows the work orders of the selected work center. With no work center chosen, the page reads "No work center selected".

Managers and admins: open any work center's Station without switching accounts, using Open shop floor in the row menu of the Work Centers list, or Station on a work center's card on the Shop Floor map.
Using the Station requires Shop Floor view permission.
The Job List

The list shows the work center's work orders. It is read-only — no new work orders and no row actions.

The status filter starts on Pending, In Progress and On Hold. Work orders seen here are Pending, In Progress, On Hold or Complete.

Select a row to open the job full-screen.
Running a Job
The job screen

Identity band – One band across the top names the item, quantity, status and due date of the open job. It stays in place however the rest of the screen is arranged.

Queue – The station's other jobs run down the left side. Select any of them to switch jobs without leaving the screen. Once the open job goes In Progress, the queue collapses to a narrow strip to give the job more room; tap it to bring it back. Hide the queue / Show the queue work at any time.

Starting and completing

If the work center has more than one machine, select the machine you are using. Start is offered once a machine is chosen.

Select Start. The button then follows the job and offers Complete when the operation can be finished.

When a step is reported one piece at a time, the button records each unit in turn (Record unit 1 of 10, and so on).

Select Complete to finish the operation.
If a required check has not been met, the button stays disabled and names what is missing, rather than doing nothing. A job on hold shows On Hold until the hold is released, and a step with a subcontractor shows Outsourced while it waits for the vendor.

Arranging the Station
Select Arrange this screen in the identity band to open the toolbar:

Add widget – Places another card. For a Field card, a gear lets you choose which custom field, item option or item attribute it shows.

Start from a template – Replaces the whole canvas with a starting point for a kind of factory: Machine shop, Food & beverage, Chemical or Assembly / packaging. Each template brings its own default checks, not just a different arrangement.

Text size – Scales the whole screen: Normal, Large or Huge.
Your arrangement saves the moment you stop, with no save button, and never changes what anyone else at the station sees. Reset to station default returns you to the station's own arrangement.
Save for this work center publishes an arrangement for everyone at the station. It needs Shop Floor Configure station permission, which is separate from the Work jobs permission an operator uses to run jobs.
Station Checks
A work center can require checks before a job may be started, before it may be completed, or both. Checks are set up by someone with Configure station permission, and apply to everyone at the work center.

When – Before start or At completion.

Blocks the job – When on, the operator cannot proceed until the check is satisfied. When off, the check is recorded but the operator can proceed — useful while a new check beds in.

Require every component scanned – Satisfied only when the material has actually been scanned, not by ticking a box.

Require inspections recorded – With the Quality add-on, the operation's required in-process inspections must be recorded or waived first.
A check is enforced by the button, not by its card: removing a checklist widget from the screen does not remove the check. Because Configure station is a separate permission, being able to run jobs does not let an operator remove the check that is stopping them.
Troubleshooting

Start or Complete refuses and names a check: the work center requires that check before this step. Satisfy it, or ask whoever configures the station about it.

Start is not offered: select the machine you are using first. If no machine at the station can run the operation, the button says so.

A Field card shows a dash: the chosen key does not exist on that work order. Field cards match a custom field, item option or item attribute exactly.

The job queue disappeared from the side: it collapses once the job goes In Progress. Tap the strip or select Show the queue to bring it back.

The page reads "No work center selected": choose a work center in the header.
